Privacy Policy and GDPR

As part of the new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) guidelines, when a client wants to proceed with booking Pickature Photography, we want the client to be aware that we will collect some personal information about the client. We do this through an online Booking Submission Form after the client pays the deposit. Please read through the FAQs for more information on our booking process.

Remember, the policies below only apply to clients who will proceed with booking Pickature Photography.

We do not collect or store information from the general public who contact us with enquiries.

We will always ask your consent to provide the following information to us:

1. Names of couple getting married, and
2. Contact information of at least one of the couple.


We will never share your information with anybody, ever.

 

The information we collect using the form below is used only by ourselves to carry out a photography or videography assignment on your wedding day and to deliver the files to clients after the wedding.
 

You can request access to this data any time.


You have the right to access this data at any time by getting in touch with us and requesting a copy of the personal information we hold of you and/or your partner.

 

You can request deletion of your data any time.

You have the right to request deletion of your booking form with your details, though we recommend that you do this after the wedding so that we have accurate information and details to carry out our job.

 

You can opt out.

If there is a way for you not to have to provide us with the names of the couple getting married, we would provide this option. However, we do need to know who is getting married. Moreover this information also cannot be avoided during the ceremony itself when your full names will be legally have to be announced. Also, for coordination purposes, it is necessary that we have at least one contact information such as a mobile phone or email address. However, you can opt out of providing a postal address. So, if you would rather not provide a postal address where to send your files to after the wedding, you may collect your files in person from our home office.
